Each year, shoreside cast members and shipboard crew come together to clean the coastline near Port Canaveral, Fla.  Partnering with representatives from the Canaveral Port Authority and the U.S. Coast Guard, the event helps to support the natural beauty of our homeport, where our guests begin every Disney Cruise Line vacation. 

In 2007, Disney Cruise Line was joined by VoluntEARS from the Walt Disney World Resort to clean three miles of coastline and collect more than 2,500 pounds of litter and debris. 

These annual events support the Ocean Conservancy and it's ongoing commitment to keeping our oceans healthy through the International Coastal Cleanup.
